Description

You will lead enterprise-scale data governance initiatives for GTM and Sales organizations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data governance standards, policies, and operating models.
• Partner with senior GTM and Sales leaders to align governance programs with business objectives.
• Oversee data operations and quality across internal and third-party data sources.
• Establish and maintain metadata management and data quality frameworks.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years leading projects or teams delivering scalable data or GTM programs.
• 3+ years working closely with GTM and Sales organizations.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Governance or GTM Data Operations.
• Hands-on experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, or Master Data Management (MDM).
• 3+ years of experience working with third-party data providers.
• Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business Intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree.
