You will manage the Technology Book of Work and drive change management processes for a consent order governance initiative in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Strategic Work Efforts policy and procedures mandated by the client Program Management Council (CPMC).
• Drive timely and comprehensive updates for status, Critical Success Criteria, KPIs, risks, issues, and Path to Green for the Technology Data BoW.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders and multiple teams to obtain information for Tech BOW Initiative management and change processes.
• Ensure timely remediation of findings identified by governing bodies like the OPMO or CPMC.
• Influence diverse stakeholders at various seniority levels without direct reporting relationships to ensure appropriate response and urgency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology with a focus on governance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change management processes.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions clearly.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders and navigate complex, highly-matrixed organizations.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and team-oriented with high motivation.
