Own data governance initiatives, resolve operational escalations, and drive cross-functional process optimization to improve customer experience and resource efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-workstream initiatives across Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Drive root cause analysis for complex operational issues and implement corrective actions to resolve escalations.
• Analyze workflows to propose improvements that enhance speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Define KPIs for operational initiatives, monitoring and reporting on impact to customer experience and resource utilization.
• Establish structured meeting cadences with clear agendas, outcomes, and action item tracking to ensure accountability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or cross-functional leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and operational excellence frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with Data Governance, Data Domain Owners, and Product Managers.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Experience with Commercial Data Working Group priorities and strategies.
