Description

You will own the development and maintenance of AI governance policies, procedures, and standards in collaboration with the AI Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Align governance efforts with ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and internal SAFE protocols.
• Define boundaries, monitor, and ensure bias mitigation, explainability, and transparency for AI/ML models with Data Science teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for AI technologies with Procurement and related teams.
• Monitor compliance against regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
• Establish governance frameworks and guardrails for GenAI applications and LLMs/SLMs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Data Governance experience, including 2+ years focused on AI Governance and AI Applications.
• 3+ years experience in AI governance, data strategy, compliance, or risk management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and governance tools such as Databricks, Purview, Profisee, Collibrra, Informatica, and Alation.
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA compliance requirements.
• Experience in Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
