Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Define and enforce data standards and procedures across departments while refining them for organizational evolution.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and business units to ensure policy alignment and adoption.
• Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Power Automate to streamline governance processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance, track KPIs, and ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data governance and data management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in building data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with data governance tools such as Informatica.
• Technical knowledge of metadata management and data lineage.
• Experience with automation tools like Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance practices.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce data standards and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data governance tools like Collibra or Alation.
