Description

You will own the enterprise data management strategy and execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management implementations from design through rollout and adoption.
• Define and lead the enterprise Data Management strategy, encompassing Governance, Quality, Metadata, and Master/Reference Data.
• Establish and mature data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models.
• Oversee data quality management, including rules definition, monitoring, issue remediation, and reporting.
• Partner with business, IT, analytics, and security teams to align data initiatives with business goals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data management implementations.
• Strong understanding of data management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK).
• Hands-on experience with Data Governance and Data Quality tools.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.
• Expertise in Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
