Description

You will lead Master Data Management operations and data governance strategies within a healthcare environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Producer MDM system operations and remediate production support issues via ServiceNow to meet SLAs.
• Oversee match and merge functionalities to maintain data integrity and partner with Engineering on mappings and code enhancements.
• Execute and analyze Data Quality (DQ) reporting to monitor and improve overall data health.
• Develop future-state roadmaps and strategies for migrating to new MDM platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within the healthcare industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Reltio MDM and proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Tableau, and Toad.
• Experience using ServiceNow and Jira for production support and issue tracking.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
