Description

You will own the design and execution of enterprise-level data governance and quality initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the organization.
• Define and enforce data quality standards, monitoring key metrics and resolving data quality issues.
• Implement and manage data lineage and metadata solutions for data traceability.
• Ensure data governance practices align with regulatory requirements and implement necessary security controls.
• Partner with technical and business teams to drive alignment on data governance needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data governance or data management.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance concepts, including lineage, metadata, and quality.
• Experience with data governance tools, specifically Informatica.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python and Shell.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and big data platforms.
• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Proven track record implementing enterprise-level governance frameworks.
