You will build, maintain, and optimize the core components of a modern data ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data infrastructure to ensure efficient software delivery.
• Manage Apache Kafka clusters for real-time data streaming and decoupled architectures.
• Build ETL/ELT processes within Databricks environments.
• Automate deployments via Infrastructure-as-Code and maintain system uptime.
• Handle incident response, post-incident analysis, and preventive measures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data infrastructure or related engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event processing.
• Proficiency with Databricks for data engineering workflows.
• Experience leveraging Snowflake as a cloud-based data warehouse.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Background in system administration, infrastructure management, or software engineering.
• Competency with observability, monitoring, and alerting systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecommunications billing environments.
