Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and data requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for data engineers.
• Identify and resolve data issues across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in Snowflake.
• Proven ability to perform data profiling, validation, and quality assurance.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions for engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services environments.
• Actuarial experience or background as a programmer analyst.
• Experience working with external vendors or third-party partners.
