You translate business needs into data-driven solutions by analyzing requirements, profiling data, and defining technical specifications for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and data requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality, integrity, and usability.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake to support analysis and validation.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for data engineers.
• Troubleshoot data issues at granular levels and communicate findings clearly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with Snowflake.
• Proven ability to perform data analysis, profiling, and validation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and balance competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Teradata experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services environments.
• Actuarial experience or background as a programmer analyst.
