Description

You will own the QA program for data integration and ETL workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a formal QA program for data integration and ETL workflows.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans for SSIS and ADF pipelines, validating data transformations and load accuracy.
• Define and implement QA automation frameworks for data validation and regression testing.
• Conduct performance and scalability testing for ETL jobs and data flows.
• Support CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps for automated testing and deployment.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in QA/testing, with 5+ years focused on data integration and ETL testing.
• 5+ years of experience testing Snowflake and Azure cloud services (ADF, ADLS, Function App, Batch).
• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake & SQL Server) for data validation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Proficiency in Python for automation.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
