Description

• Strong cross functional knowledge, enabling effective collaboration across multiple technical and business domains.
• Hands on development experience, with strong proficiency in SQL and at least one ETL tool or application, to support data integration and transformation needs.
• A basic yet solid understanding of project documentation, including architecture diagrams, mapping sheets, ER diagrams, and data flow diagrams, to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with existing designs.
• The ability to analyze and understand complex codebases, as there may be an immediate need to decode existing business logic for the purpose of building downstream systems.
• Effective communication skills to interact confidently and clearly with various track leads and stakeholders across the project.
• Knowledge of demand–supply concepts would be an added advantage, though it is not a mandatory requirement
