You will design, develop, and optimize ETL processes for large-scale data environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load data from transactional systems into analytics-optimized data models.
• Manage interfaces between IBM DataStage and platforms including Hadoop Data Lake, SAS, and MicroStrategy.
• Implement improvements to ETL architecture and integration best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver data integration solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, reports, and status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM DataStage (version 11.0 or above), including 2+ years with version 11.7.
• Strong ETL pipeline experience in large-scale environments, including cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud ETL (e.g., AWS Glue) and Cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift).
• Advanced SQL skills and stored procedure development in DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Experience in scripting (Shell, Perl, AWK, sed) and Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with normalized and dimensional data models.
• Knowledge of DataStage metadata management and deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with SOA and ESB patterns.
