Description

You will own the development and implementation of ETL/ELT data pipelines, Snowflake data warehousing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from various internal and external sources.
• Design and implement modern data pipelines for complex datasets while meeting runtime and schedule SLAs.
• Optimize ETL job performance, handle exceptions, and tune queries for batch and real-time scenarios.
• Resolve data quality and code issues through detailed root cause analysis and SQL debugging.
• Collaborate with global teams across APAC, EMEA, and NA to establish design standards and high-level documentation.
• Apply SDLC processes including peer code reviews, unit testing, code deployments, and security scanning.

Required Skills

• 4-10 years of experience in data integration, orchestration services, and service architecture.
• Proficiency with Talend Cloud Data Integration and strong data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Snowflake SQL, including query and performance tuning.
• Strong SQL knowledge and debugging capabilities.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and MS Azure/DevOps.
• Proficiency in JIRA/Kanban for story tracking and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience designing and implementing pipelines for diverse datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Qlik Replicate and Compose tools for Change Data Capture.
• Exposure to the financial domain or familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, and MSCI data.
• Prior experience with State Street or Charles River Development (CRD).
