Description

You will design, develop, and implement ETL processes and data models to integrate source data into a Process Intelligence platform like Celonis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable, secure connections to source systems using JDBC, Kafka, and APIs, and validate data ingestion.
• Implement and optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Design and execute audits and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and correctness.
• Provide operational support for production ETL jobs, troubleshooting failures and performance issues.
• Define and enforce governance, access control, and best practices for process data and ETL artifacts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in data integration, ETL development, or related software engineering roles.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills (required).
• Proven experience designing and building ETL solutions and data models.
• Experience integrating data from ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Maximo) is desirable.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation and data transformation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Celonis process mining tools or Celonis Platform Administration.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and real-time streaming integrations.
• Familiarity with platform administration tasks (user governance, access control, monitoring).
