Description

You design and build integrations for HCM, payroll, and workforce management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions to gather integration requirements for HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems.
• Document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications for enterprise implementations.
• Design end-to-end data flows and build integrations using APIs, REST services, and middleware platforms.
• Develop reusable frameworks and standard interface designs to ensure scalability across projects.
• Manage integration testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data integration for HCM, Workforce Management, or Payroll systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Boomi, SQL, JSON, and XML.
• Proficiency in API integration and REST services.
• Proven client-facing experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to create and document integration-specific BRDs and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, error handling, and logging mechanisms.
• Experience with workforce management solutions and middleware platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WorkForce Software, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or Dayforce.
• Knowledge of SOAP services and flat file formats.
