Description

You will lead a team of data engineers and own the design, build, and optimization of scalable data integration pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data engineers, managing performance and technical growth.
• Design and optimize scalable data pipelines using Talend Data Integration and Talend ESB.
• Manage data exchange processes utilizing RabbitMQ, Kafka, and SFTP.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure Release Pipeline, and Nexus.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and governance across all integration solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in data integration concepts and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend ESB.
• Strong working experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Proficiency in Java (JEE), SQL, and scripting languages (PowerShell, XML).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure Release Pipeline, and Nexus.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data security, and governance best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in people management, including mentoring and performance management.
