You will design and oversee complex data architectures and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and troubleshoot complex data architectures to support business requirements.
• Implement ETL/ELT designs and manage end-to-end data modeling processes.
• Establish and maintain data governance, security, and data quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align data strategy with business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services: Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience with MS Fabric.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Deep understanding of data modeling and ETL/ELT implementation.
• Experience building data models and reports using Power BI.
• Proven ability to implement data governance and security frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the P&C Insurance domain.
