Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex data architectures and management frameworks for business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and troubleshoot complex data architectures to meet business requirements.
• Implement ETL/ELT designs and end-to-end data modeling solutions.
• Develop and maintain data governance, security, and data quality frameworks.
• Communicate technical architecture and data strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply industry standards and best practices to all data management processes.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in data architecture and management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services, specifically Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience with MS Fabric.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Practical experience in data modeling and ETL/ELT implementation.
• Familiarity with Power BI for building data models and reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Insurance domain.
