Description

Lead the architecture, implementation, and management of the enterprise data platform using Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage the enterprise data platform to ensure scalability and high performance across business units.
• Establish a data governance framework covering data quality, security, lineage, metadata management, and access controls.
• Develop and execute a data strategy roadmap that enables self-service analytics and democratized data access.
• Build and lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and governance professionals.
• Integrate data from diverse systems into a unified repository for advanced analytics and reporting.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in data leadership or architecture.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, including Data Sharing, Data Marketplace, and Snowpark.
• Experience implementing ETL/ELT processes and data cataloging tools.
• Proven ability to establish data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience leading teams of engineers, analysts, and governance professionals.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Matillion, Tableau, or Power BI.
