Description

You will manage data lineage, metadata, and governance controls while driving business and data analysis. You will document data and process flows to support requirements analysis and coordinate work efforts to assess and improve current processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform data defect, issue, and deficiency remediation.
• Execute data profiling and analytics to ensure data quality.
• Write business requirements as JIRA stories within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
• Document data flows and process flows to support requirements analysis.
• Coordinate work efforts and manage current process assessments and improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong foundational RDBMS expertise and advanced SQL skills, including joins, unions, and sub-queries.
• Ability to interpret and understand pseudo-SQL code.
• Experience with data management, data lineage, and metadata.
• Experience implementing data controls and data governance.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Background in financial services environments.
