Description

You will lead end-to-end data management activities, establishing and improving processes and standards. You drive data governance and stewardship to ensure accuracy and consistency. You own data management program execution, aligning with organizational priorities. You collaborate with technical and business teams to identify issues, define remediation, and track improvements. You provide leadership on data management best practices and handle senior escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end data management processes and standards.
• Drive data governance, quality, and stewardship practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and define remediation.
• Document, adopt, and continuously improve data management practices.
• Act as the senior point of contact for data governance discussions and program reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data management practices and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and data stewardship principles.
• Experience defining and implementing data standards, policies, and lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead data management programs and drive organizational adoption of governance.
• Familiarity with data cataloging, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in data management.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Gen AI applications in data management to improve workflows.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, or enterprise data platforms.
