Data Management Analyst

You will own data governance, stewardship, and quality assurance processes across the data lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Apply data governance policies, procedures, and standards, covering regulatory response and PII protection.
• Manage data identification, access, usage, and metadata according to data stewardship requirements.
• Investigate data errors, perform root cause analysis, and define data quality rules.
• Test data products through SIT, Regression Testing, and Metadata Testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Serve as a thought partner to resolve operational and service issues, ensuring data accuracy across business areas.

Required Skills

• Minimum of three years of related data management work experience.
• Fluency in SQL, PySpark, and Python.
• Experience with SIT, Regression Testing, and Metadata Testing.
• Familiarity with cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong client focus.
• Experience applying risk-based critical thinking to governance goals.
