Description

Lead data strategy, architecture, and team delivery for enterprise data warehousing, big data, BI, and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the roadmap for information delivery, including enterprise data warehousing and content management.
• Lead data architects and engineers to deliver solutions aligned with organizational information strategy.
• Drive technology strategy to ensure architecture scales with business needs.
• Collaborate with the CISO on data privacy and security.
• Manage team performance through goal setting and evaluations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in information management solutions and end-to-end development life-cycle.
• 8+ years leading teams of architects, engineers, QA, and operations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI, and analytics.
• Proficiency with two or more vendors: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Netezza, Greenplum, Vertica, Teradata, SAP HANA, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview, R, or SAP Business Objects.
• Experience delivering solutions to large user bases.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise data strategies.
• Background in government or public sector data management.
