Description

Lead data management strategy, automation, and analytics for organizational health. Own end-to-end delivery of dashboards, reports, and front-end applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for front-end developers.
• Oversee development and implementation of dashboards using SharePoint, O365, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with leadership to define technical requirements for priority data-analytics use-cases.
• Establish and document the data governance program via a formal Data Governance Program Charter.
• Lead the team as a technical expert in data management and automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data management and analytics.
• Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization and analytical tools.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Experience with O365 technology suites.
• Strong ability to translate technical requirements from business owners.
• Experience developing data governance programs and oversight cadences.
• BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams in data-centric environments.
