Description

You will design the target architecture for data management capabilities to enable a unified data ecosystem for both operational and analytical use.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current data management capabilities and tooling to define a future state.
• Drive the design of target architectures and develop high-level roadmaps for technology investments.
• Collect requirements to prepare for RFI and RFP processes for potential tech acquisitions.
• Act as a subject matter expert to educate the organization on data management areas and their collaboration.
• Collaborate with data governance specialists and information architects to support federated data governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data management and data governance within large global enterprises.
• Proven experience driving target architecture work specifically within data management.
• Experience conducting pre-studies and managing RFI/RFP processes for technology acquisition.
• Detailed understanding of current data management and governance tooling available on the market.
• Ability to drive target architecture work within data management frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience navigating complex technical organizations and partnering with business units.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management and agile ways of working.
• Hands-on experience working directly with data management and governance tools.
