You will support the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate data using proprietary AGS tools and various external sources.
• Analyze large data sets to identify, discover, and resolve gaps or errors.
• Prepare and transform data into load templates for upload into Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Communicate project status during internal and client-facing weekly calls.
• Perform peer quality audits on worker and rate uploads to ensure data governance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established schedules and deadlines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, charts, and graphs.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Strong data entry and information analysis skills.
• Proven ability to organize and manage large data sets from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and client interaction.
• High attention to detail for auditing and data quality tasks.
• Ability to work a mid-shift or night-shift schedule in a hybrid setup.
• Any Graduate degree.
