Description

You will support the Data Management workstream for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects by managing worker data through the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate incumbent worker data using proprietary AGS tools.
• Analyze large data sets to identify, discover, and resolve gaps or errors.
• Prepare and transform data load templates for upload into Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Perform peer quality audits on worker and rate uploads to ensure data governance.
• Communicate project status during weekly client-facing calls and internal meetings.

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, charts, and graphs.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail for data entry and auditing tasks.
• Ability to work a mid-shift or night-shift schedule in a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and processes quickly.
