Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for data center software projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Program Managers and project teams to define business requirements, build test scenarios, and establish traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to support deliverables including use cases, test plans, and user training guides.
• Develop user story scenarios, high-level business requirements, and detailed functional requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis into system problems and consult with internal users to understand their needs.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders to communicate insights, plans, and project status.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business/systems analysis and requirements gathering & documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Expertise in building visual diagrams and templates to document processes and data flows.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and presentations.
• Experience in Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data management within large, multi-team, data-centric programs.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with G-Suite (Slides & Sheets), Smartsheet, or Lucidchart.
