You will support the development and operations of database marketing solutions through troubleshooting, validation, and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of task execution and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot transmission, data loading, and data validation failures using standard procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of files, data, and technology issues.
• Communicate with teams and vendors to resolve process failures.
• Execute and monitor routine data tasks and updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with ETL tools and concepts.
• Knowledge of relational database management systems.
• Understanding of data warehousing principles.
• Familiarity with database programming languages.
• Knowledge of file management and job scheduling tools.
• Any Graduate degree.
