Leads data management initiatives, governance, and offshore team delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore teams of 6–8 members in data management projects.
• Manage data retention, UDA, and SDM processes.
• Support risk and controls related to data management and governance.
• Train stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data management.
• Strong knowledge of data management and data governance frameworks.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on technical leadership capability.
• Understanding of data lineage, MDM, and reference data practices.
• Proficiency in data cataloging and governance tools (e.g., Alation UDC, BigEye).
• Experience with Report Certification Process (RCP) and Data & Information Sharing (ISA / DSLA).
• Familiarity with Stewardship Training and Change Management.
