Description

You will lead a team of five analysts to ensure the integrity of customer and material master data, pricing execution, and sales data intake.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accuracy and integrity of customer master data, material master data, and contract data.
• Oversee pricing execution, investigation, and resolution of pricing issues.
• Ensure timely sales data submission from distributors across hospital, home care, long term care, and e-Commerce channels.
• Enforce data governance and control standards while managing material data synchronization and EDI.
• Direct team performance and foster cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data management, process, and control.
• Proven experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
• Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, including data quality reporting and governance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling conflict and competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP, Vistex, and Power BI reporting.
• Experience with large ERP system implementations, enhancement projects, or process support.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry, including GPOs and healthcare distribution companies.
