Description

You will own the end-to-end process of data preparation, validation, and integration into target systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Clean and standardize datasets by identifying and correcting inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
• Transform raw data structures to align with platform requirements, utilizing Excel templates and automation.
• Validate datasets against predefined business rules, ensuring accuracy and completeness before upload.
• Prepare, upload, and troubleshoot data into the platform, documenting all procedures.
• Identify workflow improvements and maintain detailed documentation for data processing steps.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and nested formulas.
• Expertise in data cleaning functions (TEXT, CONCATENATE, TRIM, SUBSTITUTE).
• Experience handling and processing large, complex datasets.
• Strong ability to follow complex data validation rules and ensure data integrity.
• Understanding of data structures and core data formatting principles.
• Familiarity with Database concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
