Description

You will lead data governance initiatives and manage enterprise-wide data standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide data governance strategies, policies, and roadmaps.
• Implement and manage data quality, metadata, and master data management (MDM) standards.
• Oversee data governance within cloud environments.
• Lead organizational change efforts and provide training on data governance practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data governance and management.
• Expertise in data governance frameworks such as DAMA DMBOK or DCAM.
• Experience with cloud data governance across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of metadata and master data management (MDM) standards.
• Ability to drive organizational change and lead training sessions.
• Proven track record of implementing governance in large organizations.

• Experience leading organizational change in large enterprises.
