You lead data engineering and production support teams to deliver end-to-end data projects while owning delivery squads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production support teams, owning all delivery squads.
• Manage project lifecycles including resource allocation, scheduling, and timeframe maintenance.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
• Act as the primary liaison for QA teams and coordinate between technical and functional stakeholders.
• Drive the establishment of a technology delivery COE and implement team best practices.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in technology and management.
• Strong background in data engineering and analytics.
• Proven experience managing multiple large technology delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica, ETL, and IICS.
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes.
• Experience in Wealth Management domains.
• Ability to make independent, business-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and business users.
• Experience using JIRA and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification.
• PMP certification.
