Description

Lead the Data Engineering and production support teams within the Distribution Analytics division, owning end-to-end delivery of data engineering projects and managing all squads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering projects and manage all squads.
• Manage project resources, timelines, estimates, and status reporting.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Act as the primary liaison for the QA team and drive the building of a technology delivery COE.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technology and management.
• Proven experience managing multiple large technology delivery teams.
• Strong background in data engineering and analytics.
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage diverse technical and functional teams.
• Experience working directly with business areas and end users.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• PMP certification.
