Description

You will manage day-to-day operational oversight and data integrity for the PRAMS program, collaborating with the Project Coordinator and CDC.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily PRAMS activities, including questionnaire preparation, telephone interviews, and web survey follow-ups.
• Manage data quality by editing, correcting, and verifying data files using PRAMS software.
• Ensure monthly batch data files are released to the CDC on schedule.
• Coordinate program logistics, including inventory management, participation incentives, and mailing schedules.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health promotion, health communication, health education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conducting interviews and interacting with CDC personnel.
• Ability to maintain strict data security and confidentiality.
• Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to think across systems and take initiative in technical areas.
