Description

You will manage data privacy complexities and financial crime compliance through rigorous analysis and risk assessment. You will own the integrity of AML processes, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards while supporting the development of compliance tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactional operations to identify potential money laundering and terrorism financing indicators.
• Resolve alerts and conduct special examinations of suspicious activities.
• Apply Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, including risk assessment during customer onboarding and MDD application.
• Remediate and continuously monitor business relationships for compliance.
• Implement and update Financial Crime Compliance policies, procedures, and risk assessments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AML, risk assessment, or financial crime compliance.
• Deep understanding of the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA).
• Expertise in Money Laundering Regulations.
• Knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
• Strong grasp of anti-money laundering (AML) rules.
• Ability to provide functional support for the design and development of AML technological tools.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
