Description

You will manage the end-to-end migration of client data from legacy systems to Javelina.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track data and process migrations from initiation to completion.
• Execute migration and testing of static and transactional data between core systems.
• Facilitate migration logic for data entities including eligibility, claims, and accumulators.
• Validate migrated data through rigorous testing and delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in managing or building health insurance benefit plans.
• 5+ years of claim processing experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in benefits or employee benefit administration.
• Proficiency with XML, CSV, and TXT file formats.
• Ability to create simple SQL queries and evaluate results.
• Knowledge of FTP protocols.
• Experience migrating data entities such as eligibility, claims, and accumulators.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of claims supervisory experience.
