Description

Lead data migration and application transformation projects from mainframe environments to cloud-native architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration teams through application transformation using agile methodology.
• Manage the migration of data from mainframe systems to cloud-native databases.
• Build, recommend, and implement continuous service improvement plans for modern application development platforms.
• Drive modernization efforts using Micro Focus COBOL, HCOSS, and containers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 2+ years of integration development experience within cloud-native architectures.
• 2-3 years of technical experience migrating data from mainframe to Azure SQL or DB2 LUW.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure SQL.
• Experience with COBOL and HCOSS.
• Proven experience in customer-facing leadership roles.
• Experience leading resources through application transformation.
• Proficiency using Capgemini tools and accelerators.
