Description

Lead large-scale data migration strategies for PLM enterprise systems in the medical device industry.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data migration strategies using industry best practices.
• Lead large business transformation programs from an execution standpoint.
• Manage data migrations targeting cloud-based Windchill environments.
• Coordinate technical delivery between onsite and offshore teams.
• Ensure all migration activities adhere to regulatory, change control, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Data Migration Architect.
• Deep expertise in Windchill and Thingworx PLM enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of migrating Windchill to cloud target systems.
• Strong understanding of UDI and medical device regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in medical device compliance and change control processes.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale business transformation programs.
• Experience directing offshore and onsite technical teams.
