Description

You will own end-to-end data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source systems to manage complex source-to-target data mapping.
• Design, plan, and manage data migration processes and standards.
• Gather business requirements from customers to define migration needs.
• Perform data scrubbing, cleansing, de-duplication, and integrity checks using ETL tools.
• Support production data migration activities, including 24/7 shifts and weekend work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration and ETL processes.
• Expertise with Tibco Scribe for data migration and field mapping from SQL to CRM.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including stored procedures, functions, and PL/SQL queries.
• Proven experience in data quality management, including de-duplication and cleansing.
• Functional knowledge of Dynamics CRM.
• Ability to work across multiple functional projects to assess data usage implications.

• Any Graduate degree.
