You will lead end-to-end data migration initiatives, owning the design, development, and implementation of scalable conversion strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data conversion and migration strategies for legacy systems.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes, scripts, and workflows to ensure data integrity.
• Manage daily batch interface processes across integrated systems, ensuring high-volume processing accuracy.
• Analyze legacy data sources, performing precise data transformation and loading.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and collaborate with stakeholders to validate data quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration, ETL development, and data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for advanced data transformation and complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data conversion projects.
• Strong background in batch processing and interface development.
• Solid understanding of data quality, cleansing, and validation methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data integrity issues in production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy system modernization or mainframe data extraction.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
