Description

You design and build automated workflows to migrate Excel data into Microsoft Whiteboard as individual Post-it notes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Automate cloud flows to read, process, and transform Excel data from SharePoint or OneDrive.
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft Graph APIs, specifically Whiteboard APIs, using REST API calls.
• Configure Azure AD App Registrations and manage OAuth 2.0 authentication for secure API access.
• Design logic for object positioning and layout within Microsoft Whiteboard.
• Implement error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms to ensure scalability for large datasets (100+ rows).

Required Skills

• Experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
• Ability to read and process data from Excel Online (Business).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph REST APIs.
• Experience creating and testing HTTP/API calls.
• Understanding of Azure AD (Entra ID) App Registrations.
• Experience managing API permissions and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
• Ability to work with JSON data structures.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 automation or integration development.
