Description

You will lead data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to integrate HR systems with Workday and Workforce platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources and transform it to align with Workday and Workforce data models.
• Perform data loads into Workday and Workforce systems while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Optimize complex SQL queries to maintain high performance during large-scale data transfers.
• Implement data validation checks and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy post-load.
• Document ETL workflows, data mapping, and technical specifications for ongoing support.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in ETL development and data migration.
• Expertise in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and/or Workforce data structures and integration processes.
• Proficiency in ETL development and data transformation workflows.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting ETL jobs and resolving data issues.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Integration certifications or related ETL technology certifications.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and data migration best practices.
• Knowledge of HR data models and payroll systems.
