Description

You will manage the end-to-end migration of application data from legacy systems to new environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data migration strategies, processes, and tools for accurate, secure transfers.
• Execute data sanitization and cleansing tasks rather than performing simple direct transfers.
• Lead migrations from SQL Server to Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and Oracle 10g to SQL Server.
• Oversee data quality management and reporting throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate project-related migration activities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data migration and data management.
• Direct experience working with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong proficiency with SQL Server.
• Proven expertise in migration strategy and data analysis.
• Experience with quality management and data reporting.
• Ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities regarding complex data transfers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using KingswaySoft’s SSIS Integration Toolkit.
