Description

Lead end-to-end lease servicing data migration projects to ensure seamless transitions to new platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration lifecycles including data analysis, mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, legal, finance, and operations teams to define migration scope and strategy.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and inconsistencies to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and implement migration methodologies and best practices to minimize risk and optimize efficiency.
• Document migration processes, procedures, and lessons learned for organizational knowledge.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data migration or related roles.
• Expertise in data analysis, mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
• Strong SQL and database management skills.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of lease data records within strict deadlines.
• Experience in stakeholder communication and cross-functional requirement gathering.
• Advanced problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analysis.
• Certification in Data Analysis and Migration.
