Lead complex data migration initiatives across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle data migration process for ERP, HCM, and CRM systems.
• Design and implement data migration strategies using ETL processes.
• Define and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive project delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data migration.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP, Oracle, and Baan platforms.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and data migration tooling.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling and MDM principles.
• Demonstrated experience in data governance implementation.
• Proven ability in project and stakeholder management.
