Description

Experience: 12+ years, with significant Data Warehousing + Tech Lead experience.

Core Ownership: Lead end-to-end data migration projects across DW and Reporting platforms.

SDLC: Own requirements, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.

SQL: Strong hands-on complex SQL, optimization, validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.

Data Warehousing: Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, Star/Snowflake schemas, ETL/ELT.

Migration: Experience with data mapping, migration strategy, validation, data quality, and reconciliation.

POCs: Build POCs for report analysis and log analysis.

Leadership: Mentor teams, make independent decisions, identify risks, and drive resolution.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with business, BI, engineering, and technical teams.

Documentation: Migration plans, mapping sheets, test cases, runbooks, etc.

Good to Have: Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Power BI, Tableau.

Education: BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc; technical certifications desirable
